Our team at JC Assist are passionate about delivering a high quality of care to each client and their families.

Our support workers provide practical and emotional support to individuals with health problems, mental health disorders, physical and intellectual disabilities as well as aged care.

We aim to empower our clients to take control of their life and reach thier goals. We can support with goal setting, assisting with day-to-day tasks, community access, respite, transport, and more.

We service the Knox, Maroondah, Yarra Ranges, and Whitehorse areas. We offer complimentary, no obligation meet and greets to ensure you are comfortable with your support worker.
